PENNDOT FLAGGER CERTIFICATION

The 8-hour class provides certification training under the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation guidelines and special provisions for flaggers on roadways open to motorists to show documented successful training that is valid in Pennsylvania. PennDOT Publication 213, the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, and typical Pennsylvania applications are covered. This training must be repeated every three years in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for certified flaggers and traffic control workers.
