BOOM LIFT/SCISSOR LIFT (MEWP)

Beginning on December 19, 2019, a newly adopted American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard will take effect that requires updated manufacturers' safety devices be installed and updated training requirements be implemented for all previously manufactured equipment and trained individuals to update their certifications under the new ANSI standards. Anyone who has received training and certification in the past on these elevated work platforms must recertify under the new training requirements.
